Found model number of refrigerator and input into search which brought me to parts diagram of refrigerator. From there it was easy to find the correct part numbers and also decided to change the door springs. You guys made it easy to find the correct parts and the express shipping arrived on the promised day. The installation videos were also helpful and now my 2003 refrigerator runs good as new. Called Manufacturer for the part but they didn't list it separately. They required me to buy the whole $201 hinge. I went to the Appliance Parts Pros and found the spring, ordered and had it in my hands within 72 hours. Couldn't be happier.

I tried to use needle nose pliers but did not work because could not stretch spring long enough to the attachment points. I went to the computer and AppliancePartsPros web site and the first two posters who had replaced the spring posted how they accomplished the task. After that it was easy.
