Description

This clutch spring restores proper tension in the dispenser drive so the auger can engage and disengage as designed. Replacing a fatigued or broken spring helps bring back smooth, reliable ice dispensing performance. What it does:

• Maintains the correct preload on the dispenser clutch for positive auger engagement
• Allows controlled slip to protect the auger motor during jams
• Can address loud clicking/grinding from the ice dispenser when activated
