Ge WR02X12650 French Spring OEM Part

Ordered the spring and plastic liner from Appliance Pro's. No tools were needed to install the spring and liner, but it did take a little patience to get it installed. BTW, I ordered the part from Appliance Pro's in the evening and received it in the mail two days later. They were incredibly fast! They were excellent and one of only two or three places on the internet that carried the correct parts.

I could not figure out initially and then I emailed to the technician at appliancepartspros, Edward sent me the repair manual with the exact page pointed for this specific problem. Thank you very much Edward for pointing me to the right direction. With some patience and careful reading the instructions, I was easily able to replace the spring.

Put the spring in. When the spring broke for the refrigerator, the little piece that is attached to the big door. I was upset. Had to use 2 hands to close the door. I thought there has to be a replacement part. I googled the refrigerator model number and found a few companies online. I went to the GE site first but there part was too expensive. I found this company, site appliancepartspros.com. It was easy to use, price was good and the part came in 2 days. Directions came with the part but it was so easy..Put the spring on the door. Fixed. Thanks you

It took me less than 60 seconds to slip the new sleeve on the new spring and pop it into place! I can't imagine having a service tech come out and charge $$$ to do a repair that almost anyone can do!

I replaced the spring without problems.
