Troy D Webster , TX February 21, 2016 My water cooler/dispenser had a slow water leak through the water bottle ring After analysis, I noted the "spike" that punches through the water bottle was loose in the ring. I was able to adjust the spike to stop the leak, and knew it needed replacing. The new ring/spike combo fixed the problem, and also flows water better due to increased openings.
