Debra S Peabody , MA September 22, 2019 Appliance: General Electric Electric Dryer GTD33EASK0WW The dryer door kept popping open. We ordered a door switch, dryer latch and strike plate. We could not get it out this way but upon looking at the new replacement switch we realized that we needed to remove it from the back. Once we removed the old one the new one went right into place. The dryer door now stays closed and is working great! Read More... 8 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 30-60 minutes Tools: Screwdrivers
