Roger C Newton , IL August 22, 2019 Heating element not getting hot. The heating element contact ears and the terminal block contacts were burnt on the existing burner. I ordered the new terminal block kit and surface heating element from Appliance Parts Pros. Delivery was exceptionally fast (I just used regular shipping). The new terminal block kit came with very long wires, so I cut them and installed new terminal ends, rather than zip-tie the long wires together. Very happy with repair. I had previously bought two different types at physical stores, neither of them fit right, and was tired of having to return them. After speaking with the pro and giving her my model number, she helped me out really quickly and showed me exactly where to find it and buy it.
