(ensure you have tape or paper-towels around the gap in the sides...dropping a screw stinks... ask me how I know. 1. plug in power to raise blower fan then unplug 2. remove 2 screws on each side(total 4) to remove top trim 3. unscrew switch trim and blower knob 4. unscrew switch assy from vent and remove small ziptie around wires 5. mount blower speed rheostat onto new switch assy 6. ziptie wires to same position 7. mount switch assy 8. install fan speed knob 9. install trim on side 10 install top trim 11. clean area around mylar button mount 12.
