Robert D Lincoln , NE January 30, 2015 Dishwasher stopping mid cycle and beeping I got on the site and shared my issue. It was determined my door switches were bad, as well as my actuator. I ordered the parts (which arrived in just 2 days!) and I fixed it myself in just under 10 minutes, for under $30.00. Thanks guys!!!! Gregory L Cape Coral , FL June 06, 2015 Appliance: General Electric Dishwasher GLD5560L00SS Interlock switch was broken First off OUTSTANDING experience with AppliancePartsPros.com! Ordered my parts on Tuesday and they arrived Wed morning!! Replaced interlock switch plunger and spring, which was obviously broken compared to the new one. This solved the problem of my door not latching but the machine would still not turn on. So with two interlock switches on the door, one had to be bad. So decided to start by replacing one switch at a time until I found the bad one. If both were bad I would just buy a second switch. First switch replaced turned out to be the bad switch! Problem solved! Machine now latches properly and starts like it is supposed to. Quick fix all for $24! As far as the filter nut hub goes, I broke the little tabs, so that was a quick swap out.
