Norman G Winters , CA October 20, 2015 Appliance: Model GE ZBD3000R35WB Burned out motor and broken (stripped thread) rinse aid dispenser Repair parts arrived super fast. Installed the new parts according to the supplied instructions. All went well. It took over 2 hours because the unit had to be removed after the water and power were disconnected and then the initial problem diagnosed (motor brushes worn beyond service limits). The removal of the spray bar tower assembly was a challenge until it was discovered that the tower unscrews in a CW direction from the bar that then allowed access to the attachment screw that holds that agitator bar to the base of the liner that leads to the motor/pump assembly. There was no instructional for that phase of the project probably due to the age of this appliance. After that things went fast. After reassembly and installation it was discovered that the drain hose was clogged which then necessitated appliance removal, hose cleaning and then re-installation. Appliance works fine now. Richard H Venice , FL March 03, 2019 Rinse aid tank It was easy to remove the old tank. There was no problem with the tank. It was the mounting gasket. It was very hard to replace the new tank and gasket. Also the arm that came with the tank had to be replaced also. Had to use a pair of pliers to pull the tank into its position. The first time I installed the tank it wasn't all the way seated and fell out. I had installed some Jet dry and when it came uncoupled I lost the Expensive Jet Dry.
