Mary K Lake City , FL February 14, 2016 Appliance: Model GTDP200EF1WS The shaft on the timer broke and the timer knob cracked also the fuse blew I had an appliance repairman come out and he told me for him to replace the timer, knob, and fuse would cost $340 for parts and labor. Plus I already paid him a service charge fee. I decided to fix it myself. Appliance Parts Pros had all the parts I needed and the website showed a video on how to replace the timer. I got the parts for $86. The knew knob comes with a metal reinforcing ring around the shaft so it should hold up longer than the original one.
