Oven is precisely accurate . Knobs on front work well but one has an inside piece which keeps falling out. I re-called to get advice on repairing it. Parts came remarkably fast. (2 days) Overall I am happy with the results. Time involved in fixing and checking - about 35 minutes. Service personnel very helpful and polite. This is a great resource. I am happy to have the card and will spread the word to anyone in need of parts for their appliances. Thank you. I have ben trying for 15 years to get a solution for my stove and once I had the contact and the required ID for model of stove, the solution was rapid. Your website had a clear picture of the item and a test to see if this knob would fit my specific stove. It did.
