Leila K Denver , CO November 10, 2021 The water is not draining completely in d/w. Easy-peezy. Pulled out the piston & nut assembly. It was in bad condition and clearly needed to be replaced. Paid way too much to have the new one overnighted to me, but washing dishes by hand for a family of five is no fun. Installed the new piston and cleaned out the gunk in the filter. The machine is as good as new and no more pooling water. Only required a screwdriver with a hex-nut head to remove the screws on the filter and a hammer to loosen up the old piston & nut assembly.
