Mary Ellen M Park Ridge , IL January 03, 2016 Appliance: Model ON THE MICROWAVE Broken microwave turntable How did it happen: I empty glass tumbler was but in the microwave and set for 5 min. time cook. The glass shattered and partly melted into the turntable. The turntable was still intact so food in a baggie was put on the turntable for 30 seconds. The turntable broke along the line of the divot created by the glass tumbler. It was a clean break. We do things absentmindedly in the kitchen especially the must common actions. This will not happen again. Do not put and empty container in the microwave. Your service was great the replacement was here the next day. A suggestion: number the squares in the grid, the images were fuzzy and I was counting tiny squares for the 14" turntable I needed. Read More...
