The axels of the small wheels on the turn table degraded after hard usage (20 minutes of near continuous use on small tasks). They would now spark and smoke with noxious fumes. Nina C Myrtle Beach , SC January 14, 2019 Appliance: General Electric Free Standing Microwave SCA2000BWW03 My turntable on my GE Advantium was defective the plastic had burnt off and was sparking a fire I went online gave my appliance model number and was immediately shown the replacement for my oven, I placed my order and immediately was given the shipping number and that the ltem was shipped on the same day. I received the replacement item four days after placing the order. I was very pleased with the service and will use this company again if needed and will share my experience with family and friends.
