James H Ocean Springs , MS December 19, 2014 Element was broken The repair was quite simple. Once the plate holding the element was off just unhook the wires and attach the new element. The issues were the wires are tight and had to hold onto the wires so they did not go into the back of the range. Also had to use a pair of needle nose pliers to get the wires off of the element. It was delivered ahead of schedule and was on my doorstep when I arrived at home on Wednesday. They didn't lie when they said they would have the product delivered ahead of schedule. THANK YOU!!!
