The replacement required adapters. The picture is showing a straight on view of where they connected. I had to wait a couple of weeks for the out-of-stock part, then look all over town in Yuma ( a small town) for a part that no one around here stocks. I finally found a couple that the plumbing guy at Home Depot had in a "junk drawer". I didn't bother to check to see if you refunded the difference in the 2-day cost of the original order ant the delayed order.
