Kenneth S Mahwah , NJ August 31, 2015 Appliance: Model GE LSLM1100 SPACEMAKER Ge lslm1100: no cold water rinse The problem was a ruptured diaphragm in the cold water rinse valve. I purchased a new valve assembly from appliance parts pros. Came in three days. First I unplugged the machine, shut off the water supply, and removed the hoses. On this machine the repair is easy. The top plastic decorative panel is removed by removing the two retaining screws. There is another panel located under the hose connections held by one screw. A metal panel is attached by two screws to the valve assembly. I unplugged the three duplex electrical connectors then removed the screws holding the valve assembly. I carefully cut the cable tie retaining the rinse hose. I installed the new assembly. Put a new cable tie on the hose and reassembled in reverse order.
