Phil S Stanley , NC August 24, 2014 Appliance: General Electric Microwave PSB2201NSS01 Ge advantium microwave display died on the weekend! Last Saturday my microwave display stopped working. I pulled the unit out of the wall and tried to remove the display cover assembly but couldn't figure out how it was attached. I contacted AppliancePartsPros on their 24/7 live chat site and talked with Dustin, one of their customer support techs, about the possible remedies for my situation. He gave me the part number, and emailed me the PDF file of the tech pages necessary to remove the cover assembly. There were 7 screws (2 of them hidden) and 9 connector plugs to remove (a cellphone picture helps to get the connector plugs back in the right places). I ordered the part on Sunday, it arrived on Wednesday morning and was installed in about 10 to 15 minutes. I couldn't have done the repair without Dustin and AppliancePartsPros' excellent customer service and help. The perfect part at a GREAT price with super fast shipping!
