Repairman said this model is discontinued, we can't get parts. I found the parts easily on AppliancePartsPros website, and confirmed that they were correct with a simple phone call to a knowledgeable staffer there. Plus they offered a return guarantee, so no risk. Ordered the parts (cheaper than other sites), installed them, and dishwasher works again. I didn't have to shell out for a new one. Yet.
