Description

• Opens and closes to supply water during icemaker cycles or when the dispenser is activated
• Can improve slow or intermittent fills
• Addresses leaks originating at the valve body or its connections
• Symptom-based clue: audible buzzing from the valve with little/no water flow

• Disconnect power and shut off the household water supply before servicing
• Place a towel to catch residual water and relieve line pressure
• Note wire and tube locations; cut plastic tubing square and fully seat into push-in fittings
