Description

This valve regulates the flow of water into your washer during each cycle. Replacing a failing valve restores proper fill rate and temperature selection to help prevent long fills, no fill, or leaks from a valve that won't close.

• Opens and closes to supply water to the tub when the control calls for fill
• Delivers hot and/or cold water based on the selected temperature setting
• Common symptoms of failure: no fill or very slow fill
• Water dripping into the tub when the washer is off, or leaking around the valve
• Incorrect water temperature during fill

What's included: 1 water inlet valve assembly Install notes:

• Disconnect power and turn off both water supplies before servicing
• Place a towel or pan to catch residual water; carefully disconnect hoses
• Note hose and wire positions; transfer connectors to the new valve one at a time
• Restore water and power, then check all connections for leaks and run a quick fill test
