Lynn T Boise , ID March 20, 2016 The problem was ice build up on the far wall in the ice maker area and over flow of water under the ice maker tray After reading some other reviews that were having a similar problem I ordered a water valve that is located in the lower rear of the refer. The change out took less that ten minutes and was similar to the video. The ice maker now is making ice and seems to be working properly. The repair was made easy with the help of Appliancepartspros.
