Phillip L Monterey , VA November 23, 2014 Broken wave guide I had just bought the Microwave and the wave guide was broken. I ordered a new one and it snapped right in. I had to be real careful, it is a real thin piece of Mica board. They didn't send me the plastic insert that helps hold it in. The old plastic insert was broke.
