Carol L Foxborough , MA September 19, 2026 Appliance: General Electric Refrigerator GWE19JGLKFWW Freezer handle broke off Replaced screw clamps on freeze door then snapped new freezer handle on. Only problem was even refrigerator handle came on 1st order not freezer…probably my fault but not sure. After waiting on hold got a nice rep that ordered correct part. But that cost me an extra 25$. Cost of postage to send back and cost of new delivery. Both parts came the next day. Overall cheaper than repairman. 4 stars instead of r for hold time. Read More...
