Description

This grip handle is a genuine OEM replacement part sourced directly from the manufacturer. It is found on many lawn and garden machine handles to provide comfort when using the machine. Without the grip handle, using machines like trimmers and pole saws would be uncomfortable for long periods of time. Bare metal would create constant friction on hands and possibly leave blisters. Repeated daily use of these machines can cause the handles to deteriorate. Accidents and misuse of the machine may also damage the grips. Replacing the grip handles is the only solution; the grips are not repairable. Remove the throttle cable before installing the new handle grip. Take the throttle cable off of the motor before loosening the screw holding the clamp in place. Slide the motor away from the shaft. Begin loosening the grip off of the shaft. Once the handle is loosened, work the trigger lever out of the grip and replace it with the new grip. For the non-trigger lever handle side, remove the old grip and slide the new one in place. Store the equipment out of the elements to increase the lifespan of the rubber grips.This grip handle is made of black foam material and is sold individually.
