Description

This is a genuine starter assembly that is used for gas powered hedge trimmers. The starter assembly contains all of the components of the starter system, including the plastic starter grip, starter rope, housing, starter pulley, and the recoil spring. When one component of this system goes bad, it can impact the rest of the machine. If the recoil spring is too stretched or the starter rope is damaged, for example, the unit may not start.The starter assembly is fairly easy to replace but be sure to wear gloves when doing engine work and allow the machine to cool completely to avoid the risk of burns or other dangers.
