This fix went great, no problems, about 15 min of work. Just a heads up: the distribution of the wires on the back of the replacement unit was pretty different from the original part (and the part photo on this website). But the wire tabs were labelled on it, so it only took a few minutes to get the wires lined up right. Works like new now!

Unplug oven then remove 6 screws and back panel is off exposing 4 screws and 6 color coded wires. Replaced each from old to new, replaced screws and finished in 15 min. Applied the front cover of the control board in the kitchen prior to start so total time to working oven... 20 min including cleanup.
