Description

This is a genuine air filter replacement designed for use in select lawn and garden equipment engines. The air filter is responsible for catching debris and dirt that may be in the air as it comes into the engine. This prevents the engine from being damaged by debris or buildup. Over time, the air filter will become clogged and should be replaced as a part of routine maintenance. It is helpful to keep an extra air filter on hand in case of an emergency replacement need. This genuine OEM air filter is manufactured by Husqvarna and meets exact standards for compatible models. It can be used in select models of chainsaws from the brand, as well as some from Jonsered. This air filter is sold as an individual unit and does not include any additional parts or accessories. A screwdriver will be required for replacement. To replace the filter, allow the engine to cool. Then, remove the screws from the cover of the filter and take out the old filter. Put the new filter in place and replace the cover. Then, reattach the screws and the job is done. Be sure to wear gloves when performing engine repairs.
