Description

This is an air filter cover replacement that is sourced directly from the manufacturer for use on trimmers and other small engines. The air filter cover is used to secure and cover the air filter of the small engine. If the air filter cover is missing or damaged, the air filter could become dirty or damaged from excessive pollutants or contaminants. The air filter cover can become damaged over time and will need to be replaced. Regularly scheduled inspections will show any damage or deterioration to the air filter cover and show when it is time to replace it. If the housing cover is hit by flying debris, it can become cracked and need to be replaced. Replacing the air filter cover does not require tools. Open the air filter by pulling on the tabs and releasing the cover. Remove and replace the dirty air filter. Reinstall the air filter cover and depress the tabs to secure the cover.
