Description

This genuine Husqvarna bolt and washer replacement part is specifically engineered to hold and secure the lawnmower blade in place. The bolt is threaded while the washer has a curved or rounded headed. A washer is needed for even load distribution of the threaded bolt. Fastening the bolt without the fastener may cause stress to the material it's driven into. One of the warning signs that the bolt and washer are broken is if the lawnmower blade doesn't rotate properly. Instead of moving in one circular motion, it turns erratically and goes up and down. In some cases, it will make a loud grinding noise during cutting. The lawnmower blade may even fly out from its normal position. Replacing the worn-down bolt and washer is fast and straightforward. First, shut down the engine and let it cool. Then, take out the spark plug and turn the mower on its side. Use a socket to remove the old bolt and washer. Then, grab the replacement and insert it through the blade's hole. Tighten it using the socket.
