Description

This is an OEM replacement part for select chainsaw models. The chain brake assembly restricts the clutch drum to stop the rotation of the chain and bring the machine to a halt when it is engaged. The chain brake assembly also includes the chain bar, which is used to adjust the tension in the chain. Over time and due to the friction and pressure, this brake assembly can fail or wear out. It will need to be replaced as soon as possible to prevent further damage or unsafe operation. This genuine part can provide an exact fit. This chain brake is designed to specific manufacturer standards by Husqvarna and designed to be used with select models of Poulan and Poulan Pro chainsaws.
