Description

A lawnmower, weed whacker, or trimmer is exposed to a lot of flying debris, and this puts many parts at risk of becoming clogged with grass and other materials. This cover is designed to prevent any debris from reaching the interior of the wheel or the axle. If a large amount of grass or clippings accumulate inside of the assembly, the machine will be almost impossible to move forward - whether self-propelled or manually operated. This cover prevents that from occurring and simply kicks it back in the direction it came. It does take a lot of wear and tear. Installing it is extremely easy and requires little more than a wrench. Even if the cover is aged, or broken, it will remove easily and take minutes to replace. Expect to replace this at least once over the average lifespan of a trimmer.
