What's included: One evaporator fan blade Install notes:
- Disconnect power; remove freezer shelves/bins and the rear panel to access the fan assembly
- Pull the old blade straight off the motor shaft; avoid prying on or bending the shaft
- Match the orientation of the original and press the new blade onto the shaft until fully seated with clearance to the shroud
- Spin by hand to ensure free movement; reassemble panels and restore power

Evaporator fan was loud and eventually quit. This allowed the freezer temp to rise above 18 deg. which they activated the PF code. Replacing the evaporator fan motor fixed the problems.
