Description

This idle bracket is the support bracket that holds the dryer idler/roller assembly in place to keep the drum turning smoothly and reduce noise. Replaces a worn or bent support bracket to restore stable drum alignment. What it does:

• Secures the idler or roller assembly so the drive belt stays tensioned and aligned
• Prevents drum wobble and sag that can cause rubbing or scraping noises
• Reduces bearing and belt wear by keeping the idler assembly stable
• Commonly replaced when the bracket is bent, cracked, or causing loud squeaking/grinding
