Description

This replacement ice bucket stores ice from the icemaker and engages the dispenser drive for smooth dispensing. Swap a cracked or warped bin to prevent leaks, jams, and inconsistent ice dispensing performance. What it does:

• Holds ice produced by the icemaker inside the freezer
• Interfaces with the dispenser drive to move ice toward the chute
• Keeps cubes contained to reduce spills and jams
• Common symptoms: cracked bin, ice not dispensing, bucket won't seat properly, clumping or leaking ice

Install notes:

• Disconnect power to the refrigerator before servicing
• Empty the old bucket and pull it straight out; avoid forcing the auger/drive area
• Align and seat the new bucket so the rear hub fully engages the drive coupler
