It took me less than 5 minutes to replace the part. I got two estimates to fix this and just to come out and look at the problem was $150 plus a 2nd trip out to replace the part. The video described the exact problem I was having with my fridge door. I ordered the part from the video link and watched it again when the part arrived in the mail. The door now works perfectly and the video probably saved me hundreds because I didn't need to call a repairman.
