I read some histories that matched mine and was able to identify the problem and the parts for the fix. Next step was to double check with the online chat people, mind that it happened during the weekend but they're there anyway, awesome. They gave me precise info and links for the parts that I end ordering next day (Monday) now the amazing part, this was 3 days before Christmas, I choose standard shipping and my FULL order was on my door by Wednesday noon even though one of the parts I ordered was in backorder.
