Scott B East Baldwin , ME March 15, 2021 Heater broken After taking the pump cover off on the bottom of the unit and installing the new pump casing it was impossible to get the unit to fit back in. Here's the tip, take the black spacer off from inside and install the pump casing unit back on the hoses and clamp into place. After reconnecting all wires reach back inside the unit and squeeze the rubber spacer back into place being careful not to force the hoses off unit. Make sure you don't have the black rubber supports connected to each side of the pump casing on until the black spacer is back into place. The only problem was that the original spring clips no longer sealed the rubber hoses, but I just got some screw-driven hose clamps and it was fine. Recommend running it once on your kitchen floor to check for leaks before reinstalling under the counter.
