Description

This heater cover mounts over the dishwasher's heating element at the bottom of the tub. It shields the element and helps direct wash water, protecting dishes and the tub floor from direct contact with the heater. What it does:

• Covers and protects the exposed heating element at the tub base
• Helps channel water flow around the element during the cycle
• Replace if the cover is cracked, warped/melted, or missing
• Can help prevent utensils or items from snagging near the heater area

Install notes:

• Disconnect power and shut off the water supply before servicing
