Alan O Apex , NC April 25, 2026 Appliance: Kenmore Refrigerator 79551314014 Door bins were cracked with pieces missing Replaced the original door bin with new ones. I purchased these door bins to replace the original door bins which started to fail after 2 years of use. I don't understand WHY they're made to fail but they do they started to crack. I can tell you they're ridiculously OVER PRICED for pieces of injection molded plastic. I did discover a substantial price difference from the Kenmore (Sears Parts Direct) website which priced the bins at $100.67 a piece. AppliancePartsPros cost was basically $85.00 a piece. I spent close to $285.00 with shipping. My guess the bins (and refrigerator) aren't even Made In The USA anymore which makes it more frustrating. I will be using a generous amount of high adhesive metallic tape on the drawers to add reinforcement. Maybe that will provide more that 2 years of use for the new door bins. Read More...
