Description

This filter assembly head secures the refrigerator water filter and routes filtered water to the dispenser and icemaker. It restores proper filter seating and helps stop leaks or loss of water flow when the head is damaged or worn. What it does:

• Holds and seals the water filter cartridge so water passes through the filter element before dispensing
• Directs filtered water to the dispenser and icemaker plumbing
• Replaces cracked or warped housing that can cause leaks or poor filter seating
• Helps resolve intermittent water flow, leaks, or a filter that won't stay locked in place

Install notes:

• Turn off the refrigerator water supply and run the dispenser until flow stops to relieve pressure before removing the old head
