Marya B Wilmington , NC March 16, 2015 The glass shelf on top of the produce bins shattered when i was cleaning it Ordered replacement glass the same day I broke the shelf and I received it within 3 days. All I had to do was drop the glass into the frame in the fridge, so no repair time at all. The hardest part was cleaning up all that glass. Just a note of caution to others doing this. Tempered glass does not just break, it sort of "explodes." I had only tapped the corner of the glass on the sink when I was washing it, and it shattered in my hands. The glass pieces flew across the kitchen and out into my dining room, to the edge of the living room couch, a distance of about 15 feet. I was wearing my glasses, and gloves, and since this type of glass breaks into a million tiny pieces, it was all over me as well. I would advise anyone cleaning the glass like this to wear eye protection! This is the second time I have used APP for an appliance repair and the service is very timely and professional.
