Michael S Fairport , NY May 22, 2015 Needed replacement part on unit manufactured in 2003 I attempted to us LG Service guide and found a local repair shop. When I called them, they indicated the part was manufactured discontinued and could not help. I googled the make/model of my appliance and found appliancepartspro.com. I looked up my appliance make/model and to my surprise was able to find the part I needed. I ordered it and it shipped that day and arrived on time. What a great experience and saved me from having to purchase a new appliance.
