Description

The Griddle Plate is an OEM part for LG gas ranges. It is responsible for providing an even cooking surface for griddling meats, pancakes, and other foods that benefit from direct contact cooking. 

Causes of a bad griddle can include warping or pitting over time due to high heat exposure. Common food residues not removed after cooking can lead to build-up and sticking issues. 

Symptoms of a bad griddle include:

  • Uneven or hot spots during cooking  
  • Foods sticking or burning easily
