I checked the online parts list and chatted with a representative who directed me to the correct parts, then she placed the order for me. Her help made me feel very comfortable that the proper items would fix our problem. It took a little time for me to figure out how best to go about repairing the fridge, but once I did, it was not too difficult...especially since I’m a 70 year young female.
