Alan S Thomasville , GA December 21, 2014 Corroded hinge Following a you tube video, I disassembled the washer to the level necessary to access hinge and replaced the assembly. Note that if your assembly uses Phillips screws on the door, they use a thread locker compound. In order to remove the screws, heat them from the back with a propane torch for about 15 seconds. Mistakenly washed a comforter that was too large it apparently bent the hinge enough that the door would not seal. No working perfectly. Read More...
