Paul N Loveland , OH November 20, 2015 The door latch on my lg refrigerator broke off I opened the fridge door and popped off the seal cover that ran vertically along the door edge. From here I then moved the door seal back to reveal the Holder Assembly and with a screw driver just prized the vertical plastic holder out. Once out of its seated position, I just pulled the holder off of the door seal and slid the new holder (with clip) back onto the door seal and clipped the entire holder into place. I then pushed the door seal back and snapped the cover back in place. The whole repair took about 10 minutes.
