Lg AEM69493807 Drain Hose Assembly OEM Part

Just followed the helpful video on or linked to the site.

I remove the dishwasher laid it on it's backside, took off the bottom panel everything was easy to access. while I had the dishwasher out I just decided to replace the motor as well, I've noticed in the past the motor had been making some abnormal noises.Only reason I knew it was the motor making noise is because I own the same dishwasher, the repairs I just made were on my moms dishwasher, she's owns the same exact dishwasher as I do. After three years of owning my LG I had to replace the motor because it completely went out and it sounded like hers was doing the same. But as for why the drain hose cracked in half that's still a mystery... All in all it has been a decent dishwasher but for the price and the repairs that had to be made on both I won't be purchasing anymore LG dishwashers, but at least LG has made them easy to work on...!! I thank Appliance Parts Pros for offering these parts that were very reasonable priced, the availability, and the shipping options. I will definitely be using Appliance Parts Pros for all my appliance needs and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Ordered the drain hose assembly, very easy to install for a beginning DIY'er

Replaced the motor. Then after I noticed the shaft was scared I ordered a new sump. Some where along the line I had damaged the discharge hose. So had to replace it as well. But everything went well and she’s up and running great. What really appreciate is the way your site is setup with the diagrams and videos along with the ease in looking up parts and ordering. You folks are great on timely shipping. That is much appreciated. I am sure other appliance problems will occur, that’s just life, but I am glad I have you to call upon. Found part on several online website parts vendors. Used Appliance Parts Pro in past and was satisfied. Ordered parts at 1 pm, standard shipping. One part was in stock, other part was on back order (out of stock, as it was on everyone else's websites). The in-stock part was delivered at 8 am the next morning. Wow. I was told the out of stock part might take 7 to 10 days, it was there before the 2nd day passed. The video link associated with the part showed me exactly how to do it, and there were no surprises. I was empowered with the knowledge and confidence to do this DIY job myself, for huge savings over having a repair person come. Thanks. My only frustration was I had to purchase the whole part (Steam Nozzle) at $15 just to get the $2 rubber gasket that went behind the part itself. The gasket was not available anywhere! So, its nothing on Appliance Parts Pro.... It is just how
