You're customer service representative was friendly and courteous, asked me what I needed. I gave her the refrigerator model number which is all I had. She spent the time needed to find the right bulb. LG doesn't provide great documentation but she cross referenced and double checked she had the right one. She encouraged me to buy two so I had a spare (a great idea). I got my bulb two days and fit perfectly. It was a great experience!! Read More...
