Ralph B Colorado Springs , CO June 20, 2020 Appliance: Model LG DISHWASHER, MODEL #LDS 5811ST Leaked from the left front also would occasionally stop and give a "pf" (power failure) error code. I replaced the door latch assembly to fix the PF error code. This may also have helped with the door leak, since the new latch seems to make the door seal much tighter . I also replaced the venting motor assembly, since that was mentioned as a fix for water leaking from the left front of the door. I just completed the repair a couple hours ago, ran the dishwasher through a cycle, and NO LEAKS or PF interruptions in the cycle--YEAH! The videos on the website made it much easier to repair. I live in CO, and ordered the parts on Tuesday late in the afternoon. They arrived on Wednesday in the late morning--less than 24 hours from the time I placed my order--Fabulous service! Read More...
